David Winkler

David Winkler is a Senior Data and Software Engineer at T. Rowe Price since January 2019. Previously, David served as a Senior Lead Technologist and Data Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, and as a Federal Data Quality Evangelist at DMI and CGI Federal, where responsibilities included data architecture and quality initiatives in support of U.S. government projects. David's early career includes a role as a Data Engineer at Stanley Associates, focusing on data architecture and modeling. Prior military service includes logistics and embarkation roles in the United States Marine Corps. David holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the College of Charleston, and an Associate of Science from Trident Technical College.
