Ellie Moody

Ellie Moody serves as the Vice President and Lead for Global Workplace Change Management at T. Rowe Price, focusing on workplace change and communication strategies across North America, EMEA, and APAC since December 2022. Previously, Ellie held the position of Director at CBRE, where efforts centered on team and leadership development, alongside the creation of the Leadership Intelligence framework. Ellie’s extensive experience also includes roles at Steele Strategies, JAB Innovative Solutions, AECOM, and others, specializing in organizational culture, change management, and workplace strategy. With advanced degrees in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s in Interior Design from Marymount University, Ellie supports various consulting endeavors in workplace solutions and change management.
