Jamie Swalgin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client experience strategy and digital enablement. Currently serving as the Head of Client Experience Strategy Enablement at T. Rowe Price since July 2020, Jamie previously held multiple leadership roles at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, including Sr Director of Customer Experience and Sr Director of Digital Enablement. Jamie’s expertise encompasses customer experience strategy development, voice of the customer management, journey mapping, marketing strategy, and digital content ownership. Jamie holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Loyola University Maryland and a BA in Advertising/PR from Penn State University.
