Russell Burns, CFP®, currently serves as the Head of Advice Delivery at T. Rowe Price, having joined the company in August 2023. Prior to this role, Russell was the Director of Recruiting Operations at Opendoor from July 2022 to August 2023. Russell's extensive career at Vanguard spanned from September 2001 to July 2022, where multiple senior management roles were held, including Senior Manager of IT Strategy and Planning and Chief of Staff to the CTO, and Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition. Russell demonstrated expertise in redesigning recruiting processes, managing onboarding for over 2,500 annual employees, and leading operations in international marketing. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Penn State Great Valley.
