Tonya Cultice

Tonya Cultice serves as the VP and Head of Global Distribution Compliance and Risk Management at T. Rowe Price, bringing extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and operational leadership. Since joining T. Rowe Price in 2010, Tonya has held multiple leadership roles, including overseeing operations for 1,000 associates and managing risk and process improvement for retirement plan services. Previous positions at Constellation Energy included responsibilities in investor relations, human resources transformation, and business performance improvement. Tonya's early career featured roles in corporate audit, finance, and quality management across various organizations, complemented by a strong educational foundation with an MBA in Finance and International Management from Weatherhead School of Management and a BS in General Management and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
