Jude Layas is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department at Trowers & Hamlins. Prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins, Jude held positions such as Legal Director at BDB Pitmans and Senior Associate at gunnercooke. With a background in corporate law, Jude has experience in various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, AIM flotations, fundraisings, and group reorganizations. Jude has also worked at Memery Crystal LLP and Addleshaw Goddard in previous roles before becoming a qualified Solicitor.
