Michael Schneider

Michael Schneider has extensive experience in IT system and security administration, currently serving at TROX GmbH since July 1997. Responsibilities include system administration across Novell (Microfocus/OpenText), Linux, and Windows, as well as network administration utilizing Cisco and HP technologies. Michael's security administration expertise covers firewalls, virus protection, access control, VPNs, and mail protection. Prior to TROX GmbH, Michael worked as a system integrator at BOG from September 1993 to June 1997, focusing on the implementation of network solutions. Michael holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen, earned between 1987 and 1993.
