Tom Ricketts

Tom Ricketts serves as the VP of Sales & Operations at Troy Biologicals, Inc. since April 1994. Ricketts also has experience in coaching, having held the position of Head Coach for the Women's Ice Hockey team at Detroit Country Day School from November 2013 to March 2018, driven by a deep passion for the sport that began at an early age. Ricketts obtained a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy (1994-1996) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Western Michigan University (1990-1994).
