Norman Soutar

Norman has joined the team after spending more than twenty years running family owned businesses. Most recently he spent nearly fourteen years as the chief executive at William Jackson Food Group, the 170 year old Yorkshire headquartered business. Before joining the food industry in 1994, Norman was an Army officer.
