The Project Management team at TROY group oversees the planning, execution, and completion of refurbishment projects in the hotel, leisure, commercial, and residential sectors. Comprising Estimators, Project Managers, and a Pre-construction Manager, the team ensures projects within the £250k to £3 million range are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high standards expected by clients.
