Samantha Caldwell has over a decade of experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Receptionist at Troy Industries since May 2012, Samantha manages phone inquiries, ensures compliance with visitor policies, and handles various administrative tasks. Prior to this, Samantha worked at Innovation First Notice from November 2008 to June 2012, first as a Claims Reporting Specialist, where responsibilities included assisting clients with insurance claims and providing Spanish translation services, and later in a Quality Assurance role focused on monitoring and coaching representatives. Samantha holds a Certificate in Health Claims Specialist/Medical Billing and Coding from Branford Hall Career Institute and graduated from Westfield High School in 2006.
