Shane Will

Shane Will is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Troy Lee Designs since March 2019, Shane previously held significant positions including Vice President of Finance at 5.11 Tactical and Volcom. Additional roles include Corporate Controller at Del Taco LLC and Controller at Pacific Sunwear, alongside early career experience as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche. Shane holds an MBA in Business from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and a BA in Economics from UC Irvine.
