Juan Pagan

Juan Pagan is a Network Designer at Troyer Group since June 2022, having previously worked in various roles at Arrow Packaging Solutions / Arrow Container, including Inside Sales Support and Tooling Manager for Plates and Dies between 2018 and 2022. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Ivy Tech Community College. Currently, Juan is pursuing further education at Ball State University, with an expected graduation date in May 2026.
