Madalina Stanciu has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Madalina is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Troy Medicare since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Fluid Trends from June 2022 to December 2022. Before joining Fluid Trends, they worked at Stiudeo as a Software Engineer from June 2020 to May 2022. Additionally, Madalina has experience as a Freelance Web Developer, working on various projects since December 2019.

Madalina Stanciu completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colegiul National Stefan Cel Mare between 2015 and 2018. Following that, they pursued a degree in Economics with a specialization in Business Informatics at Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 2018 to 2021.
