James Mullen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security, operations, and safety management. Serving as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TRP Associates LLC since April 2011, James has established a partnership with the FBI CJIS Division for fingerprint-based background checks and developed advanced technology solutions for companies nationwide. As Managing Partner at USA Mobile Drug Testing, James has focused on enhancing workplace safety through tailored drug-free workplace programs. Previously, James held key leadership roles including Director of Operations at Brink's Global Services USA and Director of Corporate Security at Metalor Technologies USA. With a foundational career in law enforcement as Assistant Detective Commander with the Rhode Island State Police, James has a strong background in criminal investigations and security management, complemented by education from the FBI National Academy.
