Mahmut Ipsirli

Mahmut Ipsirli is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Managing Director at TRT World since December 2013, Mahmut also held the position of Launch Managing Director. Previous roles include being the Thematic Channels President at Turkuvaz Media Group and a Board Member at TVYD and MOBILSIAD. Mahmut has a strong background in management, having been the General Manager and Editor in Chief at minika, and the Mobile Media Manager at Turkuvaz Media Group. Academic achievements include a PhD in Labor Economics and Industry Relations from Marmara University, an MSc in Marketing & Branding from Harvard University, and a BSc in International Trade from Boğaziçi University.
