Jayme Knight

Jayme Knight has extensive experience in the fitness and wellness industry, serving as an Independent Distributor for Advocare since October 2014. In addition, Jayme Knight has been an Indoor Cycle Instructor at both 24 Hour Fitness and TruFit Athletic Clubs since October and August 2014, respectively. Additionally, Jayme Knight owns Knight and Day Fitness, established in January 2001, and provides services as a personal trainer, massage therapist, nutritional coach, and spin instructor.
