Erika Hanson, PE, is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Renewable Project Development and Engineering at Ameresco since August 2016. Prior experience includes leadership roles at NRG Energy as Director of Project Engineering, at Sunora Energy Solutions, LLC as Director of Project Engineering, and at US Solar Holdings as Vice President of Project Development, where Erika managed a team to advance 450MW of solar power projects. Previous positions encompass Director of Field Operations at SolFocus, Project Manager at Stirling Energy Systems, Project Manager at PowerLight Corporation, and Project Manager at Arizona Public Service (APS).
