Aaron Boyll has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles.

Aaron began their career as a Development Engineer at General Motors Powertrain in 1994 and later moved on to become a Production Engineer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America. From 2001 to 2004, Aaron worked as a Strategic Planning & Business Analyst at Emerson Process Management.

Aaron also served as an Advisory Board Member at Layer3 TV, which was later acquired by T-Mobile.

In 2016, Aaron took on the role of President at Sphere Two Twelve, LLC, where they focused on helping companies identify and exploit their largest opportunities by developing well-developed plans with clear, measurable results.

Aaron'smost recent positions include serving as a Board Member at TRU Solutions, where they eventually became the Chief Operating Officer. Aaron is currently working as an Operating Partner at Jones Capital.

Aaron Boyll completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1989 to 1995. Aaron then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School as a full-time student from 2000 to 2002.
