Aaron Hansen Caps, Cam, Naaei Faculty

Aaron Hansen is an experienced professional in multifamily property management, currently serving as Asset Manager at TruAmerica Multifamily since May 2023. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Greystar and Senior Regional Manager at Simpson Housing LLLP. Aaron has also held positions as Regional Manager for Pinnacle Property Management Services and Asset Manager for Palladium Real Estate Services, where responsibilities included both asset and community management. Beginning a career with a foundation in maintenance roles, Aaron transitioned to leasing and community management at various companies, including DMCI and Horizon. Aaron's education includes attendance at Washington State University and Klahowya Secondary School. Aaron holds certifications as CAPS, CAM, and is a faculty member of NAAEI.
