Matt Ferrari

Matt Ferrari has a diverse work experience in the multifamily investment industry. Matt started their career at Archstone, where they participated in a management and leadership rotational program. Matt then worked at AvalonBay Communities as an Investments Director, leading the acquisition and disposition of multiple assets. Since 2016, they have been with TruAmerica Multifamily, initially serving as a Managing Director and later as the Co-Chief Investment Officer, overseeing acquisitions and East Coast operations. Matt has been responsible for managing a large portfolio of apartments in various states.

Matt Ferrari attended Penfield High School from 1997 to 1999 and obtained a high school diploma. Matt then attended Bishop Kearney High School from 1999 to 2001. Matt pursued their undergraduate education at Skidmore College, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from 2002 to 2005. In 2008, they enrolled in the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and completed a Masters in Business Administration program, which lasted until 2010. During their educational journey, Matt also participated in a Graduate Program in International Management at the University of Oxford in 2009.
