Siddhant Padmakar Kadam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Siddhant Padmakar is currently employed as a Site Reliability Engineer at Trūata, starting in April 2022. Siddhant Padmakar Kadam pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completing it in the years 2008 to 2015. Following this, they enrolled in the National College of Ireland, where they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Cloud Computing from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Siddhant has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Siddhant Padmakar completed the "Learning Kubernetes" course from LinkedIn in November 2022, as well as the "SQL for Data Analysis" course from the same platform. Siddhant Padmakar also obtained the "DevOps Institute Cert Prep: SRE Foundation (SRE)" certification from LinkedIn in October 2022. Further, Siddhant completed the "Learning Ansible" course from LinkedIn in the same month.

Before these certifications, Siddhant acquired the "ITIL Foundation Level" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2018. Siddhant Padmakar also holds the "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate" and "AWS Solution Architect Associate" certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in April 2019.
