Michael Hand

Michael is Managing Director EMEA, responsible for Signal’s business based in London. Having lead Spongecell’s European growth and a key part of the leadership team, his flair for building multi-disciplinary teams was instrumental in pivoting the business to a successful Enterprise SaaS model, which culminated in an acquisition by Flashtalking in early 2018. His experience spans technology, media, advertising and creative, honed during his career that has evolved from “paper” to “pixels.” He has held management positions at Hearst, News Corp Digital and Associated Newspapers. Michael has a relentless passion for partnerships that add critical business value and help drive better business outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Sport from Leeds Trinity University.
