Kevin Clarke

Kevin Clarke has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Kevin is currently the Chief Financial Officer at TRUCE Software since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Midwest Foods from 2019 to 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Kevin was the Chief Financial Officer at ItemMaster, where they worked closely with the CEO to improve gross margins and transition the sales team into software-oriented business partners. Kevin also played a key role in the successful exit and fundraise for the company.

Before that, Kevin served as the Vice President of Finance & Chief Finance Officer at PowerReviews from 2015 to 2017. Kevin led the finance function for a $25M SaaS business and was involved in capital raise processes and due diligence for merger opportunities.

From 2013 to 2015, Kevin was the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller at The SAVO Group, where they led accounting and reporting for a $40M SAAS Business. Kevin also gained experience in debt and equity financings.

Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Visanow.com from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they led operations for finance, accounting, technology, HR, legal, and facilities functions.

Kevin also has extensive experience at CareerBuilder.com, where they held multiple roles from 2003 to 2011. These roles included Vice President of Finance, Director of Finance, Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, and Manager of International Alliances. Kevin managed financial operations, executed compensation plans, and contributed to business development activities.

Before joining CareerBuilder.com, Kevin worked at Pitt, Ryan & Linnear as a Manager from 2001 to 2003 and at PricewaterhouseCoopers in transaction and audit advisory services from 1995 to 2001.

Kevin Clarke's education history includes attending The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they studied Finance, Economics, and International Business. Kevin also attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, focusing on Accounting. Prior to their college education, they attended New Trier High School. In terms of additional certifications, Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant.
