Steven Keates

Steven Keates, P.E. currently serves as the Conservation and Customer Service Sr. Analyst at Truckee Donner Public Utility District, focusing on leading conservation and decarbonization initiatives to benefit the local community. Previously, Steven worked as a Principal at ADM Associates, where responsibilities included managing engineering resources and overseeing quality control. Additionally, Steven has academic experience as a lecturer at Azusa Pacific University, teaching engineering and physics. Early career roles included engineering internships at GE Aviation and Jet Propulsion Laboratory, as well as a research assistant position at Azusa Pacific University centered on lunar exploration feasibility. Steven holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Azusa Pacific University.
