Phil Baumann

Phil Baumann, P.E. is a Senior Construction Engineer with experience in civil design, structural design, and utility design. Phil has held various engineering roles at Truckee Meadows Water Authority, City of Reno, NV Energy, and Summit Engineering Corporation. Phil also has experience as a Professor teaching AutoCAD at the University of Nevada - Reno. Phil holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
