Kathy Soares

Kathy Soares, CPA, possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Truck'N Roll since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Finance at Top Aces from April 2022 to October 2024, and as a Consulting Specialist while self-employed from June 2021 to March 2022. Kathy previously held the position of Corporate Controller at Aero Mag 2000 from March 2017 to June 2021. Additional significant roles include Vice President of Finance for the Industrial Engineering and Biopharmaceutical Divisions at SNC-Lavalin from 2012 to 2016, Director of Treasury and Reporting at Esterline Technologies Corporation from 2008 to 2012, and various finance positions at Harris Corporation from January 1996 to July 2007. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science from HEC Montréal and is a certified CPA auditor with the Quebec CPA order.
