Josh Park

Josh Park has a diverse and extensive work experience. Josh started their career as a Freight Broker at Melton Logistics, LLC, where they gained skills in supply chain logistics, sales, and account management.

After that, they served in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal, supporting their fellow Marines as an Infantryman and member of the Mortuary Affairs Support team.

Following their military service, Josh joined Reddy Ice, where they held various roles including Distribution Center Manager, Market Manager/General Manager, Market Manager/Regional Director, and Director of Business Development- Mergers and Acquisitions. In these roles, they managed manufacturing, distribution, and support centers, implemented process improvements, tracked P&L and KPIs, and handled HR administration. Josh also took on the responsibility of managing the company's M&A activities, including deal sourcing and execution.

After leaving Reddy Ice, Josh worked at Stryker as the Director of Business Development (M&A), where they focused on mergers and acquisitions strategies for Stryker Instruments.

Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at TruckPro, LLC. In this role, they develop and executes strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborates with senior leadership, and drives inorganic growth for the company.

Josh Park completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Executive MBA from the University of Washington from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Northeastern State University between 2007 and 2010. In addition, they obtained certifications in various areas including the Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School Executive Education in May 2022, Ammonia Operator I from the Garden City Ammonia Program in November 2012, and Level I Coach from USA Triathlon in October 2021.
