Lindsay Regina

Lindsay Regina is an experienced human resources professional with a demonstrated history of working across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Truckstop.com since July 2019, Lindsay has been instrumental in optimizing compensation and benefits in the trucking industry. Previously, Lindsay held roles in payroll and human resources at Community Living York South, where responsibilities included full-cycle payroll and the coordination of employee orientations and training. Lindsay also served as the Human Resources Business Manager at HR Xtension, providing HR consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Human Resources Manager at Reebok Canada Inc., managing HR programs, and as National Payroll Manager at Telespectrum Worldwide Canada, overseeing payroll processes for a large workforce.
