Tihare Padilla

Tihare Padilla currently serves as a Customer Success Manager and Retention Specialist at Truckstop since January 2023, while also holding a position as a Customer Service Representative at Safe1 Credit Union since April 2020. Responsibilities at Safe1 include answering a high volume of inbound calls and assisting members with various concerns related to IT, Risk Management, Accounting, and Banking, all while demonstrating exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes serving as a Bank Teller at both Safe1 Credit Union and Wells Fargo and as a Team Lead at Jakes Steakhouse, where Tihare was focused on customer service excellence, team leadership, and training new employees. Tihare Padilla is pursuing studies at College of the Canyons since August 2011.
