Simran Arora

Simran Arora started their work experience in 2022 with an internship at ShippingKaro, where they handled recruitment projects and liaised with placement committees of various business schools. Simran then interned at Spectrum Consultancy, where they focused on hiring for the BFSI vertical clientele, conducted online interviews, and managed candidate status updates. Following that, they worked as a human resources intern at RADISH CONSULTANTS, where they engaged in IT sector-based recruitment and staffing responsibilities, operated workforce tools for candidate screening, and demonstrated efficiency in completing assignments. Currently, they are working at TruckX Inc as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources.

Simran Arora began their education in 2018 at Panjab University, Chandigarh, where they pursued a degree in Psychology honors. Simran completed their studies in 2021. Currently, they are enrolled in the Thapar School of Management, where they are pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Development.
