Tapan Chaudhari

Tapan Chaudhari has a diverse work experience ranging from founding their own company, TruckX Inc, to working in various technical roles in other companies. Tapan is the founder of TruckX Inc, where they developed an electronic logging device (ELD), dashcam, and IoT platform for the transportation industry. Tapan played a key role in defining the product roadmap and direction as a Founding Engineer at Gridstore, where they designed and developed the first version of a virtual storport miniport driver and components of shared distributed and scale-out storage for Hyper-V. At appOrbit, Tapan served as the Director of Infrastructure and Chief Architect, leading the storage initiative and contributing to closing funding for the company. Tapan also worked at VMware Inc. as a Member of Technical Staff, focusing on NUMA optimization and enhancing checkpointing for future generation fault tolerance virtual machines. Tapan began their career as a Software Engineer, developing backup applications and drivers at Izel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Panta Computer Systems. Tapan also gained experience as a student trainee at Concepts Systems. Their work experience showcases their expertise in the areas of transportation technology, container infrastructure, virtualization, and storage management.
