TEJINDER BHULLAR

Tejinder Bhullar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Director of Operations & HR at TruckX Inc since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager at TruckX Inc starting from March 2021.

Before joining TruckX Inc, Tejinder worked as a Freelance Assistant to Nirmana Facilitators from September 2020 to March 2021. Their responsibilities included applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities, conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and providing support for training programs.

Tejinder's previous experience includes being a Business Student at Thapar School of Management from July 2019 to March 2021, and working as a Freelance Personality and Behavioral Training Coordinator from September 2014 to June 2019.

TEJINDER also held the position of Strategic and HR Manager at Leistung Consultants Pvt Ltd from April 2015 to April 2018. Tejinder's role involved strategic planning and managing HR operations.

Prior to their freelance and consulting roles, Tejinder served in the Indian Navy. TEJINDER was a Deputy Director of HR and Strategy Planning at Base Logistics Depot Eastern Headquarters from June 2010 to August 2014. Their responsibilities included budgetary allocation, logistics support, training coordination, resource management, and liaison with external agencies.

During their time in the Indian Navy, Tejinder also held the position of Deputy Director of HR and Administration from August 2008 to May 2010. TEJINDER was responsible for human resource management, recruitment, training and development, budgeting, and fund allocation.

Tejinder started their career as a Database Administrator and Training Coordinator at the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune from May 2006 to August 2008. Their role involved setting up IT infrastructure, conducting training on personality development and communication skills, and managing the academy's budget.

Before joining the National Defence Academy, Tejinder worked as an HR/Operations Professional at Technical Training School Valsura Jamnagar from August 2004 to May 2006, and as an Executive at Wipro Hinjewadi from October 2003 to June 2004.

Tejinder Bhullar began their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication at the University of Pune and Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2003.

Later on, in 2004 and 2005, they obtained certifications in Audio Visual Training Aids from Content Development and Training Technology for Trainers in Training and Development.

In 2015, Tejinder Bhullar earned a 200-hour Yoga Teachers Training Certificate from USAlliance Yoga.

Continuing their education, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Operation from LM Thapar Institute of Management between 2019 and 2021.

Additionally, they completed several courses on the online platform Udemy in different subjects. In 2020, they earned a certification as a Certified Practitioner in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, a certificate in Content Writing Do's & Don'ts, an Advanced Excel course, and a completion certificate in KRA Writing Effectively.
