Vincent Petrescu

Vincent Petrescu has over 20 years of experience in the finance and technology industries. From 2000 to 2006, they worked as the CFO of NECC Telecom, where they were instrumental in a Telecommunication start-up without external funding that reached $3.2 million in sales in its first year, $8.6 million in its second year and $21 million in the third year, by using VoIP technology. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Managing Director of MGM Consulting Group, LLC. From 2009 to 2015, they were the CFO/CKO of SRVR, LLC. From 2015 to present, they have been the CEO of Equidam and the CEO of truCrowd, Inc. At truCrowd, they have been responsible for leading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy, ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are communicated, maintaining trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities, overseeing the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures, leveraging technology to restore order and reliable reporting and processes to Financial Department, guiding responsible downsizing to address market shift without impacting client service, and facilitating business development through preparation of comprehensive and articulate portions of proposals.

Vincent Petrescu's education history includes a Bachelor and Master Degree in Production Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timișoara from 1992 to 1998, a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2005 to 2006, an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2006 to 2008, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Research and Consultancy in Management - Strategy from Aston University from 2010 to 2012. Vincent also holds certifications from the AICPA/CIMA, AICPA / Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Project Management Institute, Balanced Scorecard Institute, and Palladium Group.
