Steve Farlow

Steve’s background is in the world of entrepreneurship and innovation. He is currently the Chair of the Board of Synergy Spine Solutions a cervical disc replacement company that is now competing globally.

In 2003, Steve became the founding Executive Director of a Centre for Entrepreneurship at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. The mission was to support young entrepreneurs build growth businesses as a career.

Prior to that Steve owned, operated, and sold his own company called Superior Safety. It grew to become a national occupational health and safety products distribution and services company.

Steve joined the Board of Trudell in 2023.
