Richard Wylie

Richard Wylie is a highly experienced engineering and manufacturing professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing at Trudell Medical International since October 2023. Prior to this role, Wylie spent nearly a decade at IEC Holden, where advancements included the establishment of the Global NPI Engineering department and significant improvements in bid win rates and resource efficiency. Wylie has held various managerial positions, including overseeing manufacturing quality, engineering, and bid management, resulting in substantial cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency. Wylie co-founded Paracreo Consulting and Design and has a solid background in aerospace design from Paramount Advanced Technologies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand. Additionally, Wylie holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and project management.
