Casey Harr

Casey Harr is a seasoned professional in the aerospace and engineering sectors, currently serving as Vice President of New Product Engineering at True Anomaly since November 2024. Previously, Casey held the position of Director of Engineering for Space Systems Software at Rocket Lab, overseeing six cross-functional development teams and managing global projects for mission control software. Prior experience includes Director of Software Engineering at Virgin Orbit, where Casey transformed siloed teams into an integrated department and initiated multiple significant projects. As Senior Avionics Hardware Manager at Virgin Orbit, Casey contributed to the successful delivery of the Avionics subsystem for Launcher One.
