Dhiraj Kumar Jha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dhiraj Kumar started their career as an Executive in the Accounts department at Clairsol Systems Pvt Ltd in 2004. Dhiraj Kumar then worked at Technology Advisors & Integrators as an Ex-Finance & Accounts member, where they handled vendor payments, employee reimbursement, and other financial tasks. Dhiraj Kumar later joined Evolv Services Ltd. as an Executive in the Finance & Accounts department, managing various financial activities such as vendor payments, employee advances, and bank account handling.

In 2010, Dhiraj joined Religare as an Assistant Manager in the Finance & Accounts department. In this role, they supervised a team in charge of financial booking and reporting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Dhiraj Kumar also ensured timely payments and compliance with tax and credit terms, along with providing reports and analysis to management.

In 2015, Dhiraj became the Regional Manager of Finance & Accounts at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited. Dhiraj Kumar was responsible for various financial functions such as accounts receivable, vendor payments, petty cash, and monthly/yearly closing. Dhiraj Kumar also handled taxation, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.

After their tenure at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, Dhiraj joined Balancehero India as an AGM - Finance. In this role, they managed the Finance & Accounts department, overseeing functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgetary control, and monthly/yearly closing. Dhiraj Kumar also provided analysis, reports, and recommendations to management, along with monitoring procurement and optimizing expenses.

Currently, Dhiraj is employed at Balancehero India as a DGM - Finance and Accounts, where they continue to handle similar responsibilities as their previous role. Dhiraj Kumar also focuses on monitoring and preventing revenue leakage, attending audits, and forecasting losses and earnings.

Throughout their career, Dhiraj has consistently demonstrated their expertise in financial management, accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Dhiraj Kumar is adept at handling multiple responsibilities, supervising teams, and implementing audit recommendations.

Dhiraj Kumar Jha began their education journey in 1999 at Sumrit High School. Dhiraj Kumar completed their 10th grade studies there in 2001. Later, in 2010, they pursued an MBA in Finance, which they successfully completed in 2012.
