Kartikeya K. has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. Starting in 2016 as a Graphic Design Intern at Times Internet, Kartikeya gained experience before moving on to roles at various companies.

At Babygogo, from 2017 to 2020, Kartikeya worked as a Graphic Designer, setting up the brand image and revamping social media platforms, resulting in increased user engagement. Successful design campaigns were carried out with well-known clients such as Himalaya, Johnson's Baby, Abbott, SebaMed, and Mamaearth.

From 2017 to 2019, at SHEROES, Kartikeya served as a Senior Graphic Designer, establishing design parameters and incorporating empathy into their work. They also supported the company's transition from a jobs website to a community-building platform. Kartikeya created investor decks for international clients, contributing to successful funding rounds. Earlier, as a Graphic Designer at SHEROES from 2017 to 2019, they managed and coordinated design projects, collaborating with clients like Fair & Lovely, Pond's, and Reliance.

As a Design Lead at STREE from 2020 to 2021, Kartikeya established visual brand guidelines and created marketing communication designs for social media and new user acquisition through social and Google ads.

During their tenure as a Graphic Designer at MishiPay from 2021 to 2022, Kartikeya focused on user onboarding by designing solutions that showcased the platform's functionality. They also developed brand guidelines and designed offline materials for retail customers across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and the US.

Currently, Kartikeya is an Assistant Manager - Design at Balancehero India, starting in 2022.

Kartikeya K. started their education in 2011 by pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at Delhi University. Kartikeya completed this degree in 2014. In the same year, they enrolled at Arena Animation and obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design in 2016. Additionally, they attended the Indian Academy of Dramatic Arts from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Diploma in Acting with a specialization in Acting for Film & TV.

Apart from their formal education, Kartikeya K. has also obtained additional certifications. In April 2021, they completed the "After Effects 2021 Essential Training: The Basics" course at LinkedIn. Furthermore, in May 2020, they received certification for completing the course "What is Graphic Design?" also from LinkedIn.
