Khushbu Jaiswal

Khushbu Jaiswal has a total of eight years of work experience in the field of human resources. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Rapidsoft Technologies as an Assistant Manager HR. In this role, they managed the hiring process, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating salaries. Khushbu also worked closely with department heads and senior managers to develop recruitment strategies. In 2017, they joined Balancehero India as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Here, they were responsible for the entire talent acquisition life cycle, including defining and executing the hire plan, sourcing strategies, and recruitment and candidate engagement processes. Khushbu also managed stakeholder relationships and worked closely with C-level management and department heads.
