Aaron Riley

Aaron Riley is an accomplished Program Analyst at MCR, LLC, with extensive experience in senior executive administration and management from a 26-year career in the US Navy. As a Flag Writer and Executive Assistant to a Naval Flag Officer, Aaron provided strategic advice and managed high-volume operations. Previous roles included Senior Enlisted Leader and Personnel Manager, overseeing a large number of military personnel and guiding various commands. Aaron's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and an Associate of Arts from American Military University, as well as participation in the Senior Enlisted Academy at the U.S. Naval War College. Additionally, Aaron serves as a Certified True Colors Facilitator at True Colors International since October 2020.
