Erica W. has a diverse background in operations, sales analysis, and account management, currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Sales Analysis at Optima Steel International since November 2010, while also holding various managerial roles within the company. Additionally, Erica W. has been a True Colors Facilitator at True Colors International since September 2022, promoting self-discovery and effectiveness among teams and organizations. In March 2021, Erica W. became the Membership Co-Chair for the Association of Women in the Metal Industries, supporting the growth of women in the metal industries.
