Melanie Shaffer

Melanie Shaffer has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Melanie is currently working as an Account Manager at True Footage starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Transaction Manager at Darwin Homes from May 2022 to March 2023.

Melanie also had a significant tenure at Knock, where they held multiple roles. Melanie started as a Lead Transaction Manager in February 2018 and held this position until December 2020. During their time at Knock, they also served as an NC TM Manager from June 2019 to December 2020. Melanie then transitioned to the role of Mortgage Loan Processor from July to December 2020, and subsequently became the Processing Team Lead from December 2020 to April 2021. Melanie then served as the Operations Lead from April 2021 to May 2022.

Additionally, Melanie has experience working as a Transaction Coordinator at Owners.com from January 2017 to February 2018, and as a Client Concierge at Mark Spain Real Estate from March 2016 to January 2017. Melanie began their career as a Director of Hospitality at RE/MAX Preferred from October 2014 to March 2016.

Melanie Shaffer obtained an Associate's Degree in Sociology from Kennesaw State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in the field of real estate. In 2015, they obtained a Florida Real Estate License from FDBPR, followed by a Georgia Real Estate License from GREC in 2016. In the same year, they also obtained a Leadership and Management Certification from Dale Carnegie Training. Most recently, in 2018, they obtained a North Carolina Real Estate License from NCREC.
