John LeBlanc is the President and CEO of True Friends, a company that provides outdoor, adventure, and retreat experiences for people with varied abilities. John has been with True Friends since November 2015 and in their current position since December 2017. Prior to joining True Friends, LeBlanc served as the Executive Director of Development & Marketing for the Saint Therese Foundation from August 2006 to August 2014. John also worked as a Development Officer for the Childrens Home Society Minn from June 2004 to July 2006. In addition to their work in the nonprofit sector, LeBlanc has also served as a Business Manager for the Church of St. Philip and the Patchwork Quilt from January 2003 to December 2005. John is also a founding board member of CaringBridge, a nonprofit social network for people facing health challenges, where they served from July 2000 to June 2006.

John LeBlanc has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in Theology/Philosophy, a Master of Arts from St. Catherine University in Theology/Theological Studies, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from North Dakota State College of Science in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. John is currently a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator program at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
