Javier Miles has over 13 years of work experience. In 2008, they began their career as a Quality Trainee at CEREALKO S.A. In 2010, they interned as a Trainee Quality and Product development at FREDDO S.A. and AROMA CAFÉ S.A. In 2011, they worked as a Packaging Assistant at Empresas Carozzi S.A. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Product Developer and Quality Engineer at Noltacc S.R.L. and a Process and Development Engineer for D&F Drouven (Panning Expert) at GR Ingeniería Industrial S.A. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Senior Development Engineer at D&F Drouven GmbH and a Technical Project Manager at DöhlerGroup. In 2019, they were a Technical and Regional Sales Manager at Capol. Currently, they are a Technical Consultant and the Head of Product and R&D and Head of Research and Development at True Gum.
Javier Miles attended UADE from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Food Engineering, as well as a degree in Food Technology from 2007 to 2012. In 2011, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad del Desarrollo in the field of Food Engineering. Prior to UADE, they attended Universidad Nacional de Luján from 2006 to 2007.
