Stephanie DeRose, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at True Legacy Homes since September 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Healthcare Recruiter at Alvarado Parkway Institute Behavioral Health System from May 2022 to September 2022 and worked as a Telecommunications Training Specialist (Community Solutions) at Charter Communications from March 2019 to May 2021. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cleveland State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Training and Development from Amberton University.
