Tanya Vallejo

Tanya Vallejo serves as the Director of Human Resources at True Legacy Homes, where responsibilities include driving organizational success through effective HR management and facilitating business expansion. Previously, Tanya held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Alvarado Parkway Institute Behavioral Health System, leading a team and overseeing HR operations for a large network of facilities. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Director of Human Resources at San Diego Mission Valley Marriott and Coronado Retirement Village, where Tanya managed HR departments and addressed challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tanya's background also includes significant contributions to LISI Medical as HR and HSE Manager, and earlier roles focusing on workers' compensation management and business operations in retail. Tanya holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Human Resources from Point Loma Nazarene University.
