Mark Durkin

Mark Durkin has over 30 years of diverse work experience in finance and operations. Mark is currently working as the Director of Finance and Operations at True Lens Services (TLS) since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Director at Ampetronic Limited from July 2013 to September 2020. During their tenure at Ampetronic, they played a key role in leading the company's financial operations and driving innovation in Induction Loop systems. Before that, they worked as the Finance Development Manager (Interim) at Carrington Carr Holdings Ltd, where they were responsible for implementing a new commission payment system and managing financial aspects of new business processes. Mark also worked as the Interim Finance Manager at Complaint Handling Services and Head of Finance at EM Media. Additionally, they have experience as the Financial Controller & HR Manager at Strata Products Ltd, Senior Logistics Accountant (Interim) at MFI, Operations Manager/Chief Financial Officer at Notts County Football Club, and Corporate Auditor at Boots. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong financial management, leadership, and reporting skills.

Mark Durkin completed their BA in Economic and Social History at the University of Nottingham from 1982 to 1985. Mark later pursued further education from 1985 to 1988 at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, earning their FCA degree.
