Ashley Kendrick

Ashley Kendrick, PHR, is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in human resources and administration. Since July 2010, Ashley has worked at True Manufacturing, overseeing recruitment for two manufacturing facilities, conducting new hire orientations, providing safety training, and managing social media posts. Prior to this role, Ashley served as an HR Assistant at Dawn Food Products from January 2008 to July 2010, where responsibilities included recruitment, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and managing on-boarding and disciplinary actions. Additionally, Ashley worked as an Office Manager at Handi-Shop, Inc from October 2006 to November 2007, handling payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial statements, and personnel file maintenance. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from William Woods University, completed in 2009.
