At True North Center for Organizational Health, we empower organizations to bridge the gap between aspiration and action. We provide expert facilitation, coaching, and strategic partnerships to organizations seeking to remove the barriers to teams feeling supported, engaged, and effective.
We believe organizations thrive when people do. This is the essence of organizational health; environments where individuals and teams feel valued, supported, and connected as a result of intentional practices that center humanity, cultivate trust, and align people with purpose.
We believe work can contribute to, rather than diminish, an individual’s sense of well-being. Yet, much like an unhealthy relationship, we inherit beliefs, values, and practices that shape our relationship with work that keep us drained and disconnected. We are taught to equate exhaustion with dedication, sacrifice with success, and productivity with self-worth. But just as a healthy relationship nurtures and uplifts, we believe professional communities designed around human-centered practices and effective communication create meaningful experiences, drive purpose, and foster fulfilling connections.

TESTIMONIALS:
“We had the intention but not the direction. True North helped us clarify our values and create a roadmap of actions and priorities that embodied those values.”
- David, President

“Our True North consultant has been a partner and a guide this past year for our work on capacity building through a race equity lens. They were kind, nimble, open, and welcoming, which has allowed us to have better conversations, set clear goals, and to take more risks.”
- Sharon, Executive Director
